Terry Barden

President

Terry is a founding member and President of Forward Systems. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational success of the company.

He has been in the Cable and Telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Terry began his career at BellSouth where he worked on rolling out their Americast video platform. He has also worked at Scientific Atlanta, N2 Broadband, BigBand Networks and Cisco Gold Reseller Transparent Technologies, where Terry was VP of Engineering and built their video engineering group.

Jen is a founding member and CFO of Forward Systems. In this role, she leads the financial arm of the company.

She has been in the financial industry for over 20 years, working in several startups and self funded companies.
